The faculty of the Department is young and dynamic, with all members holding doctoral degrees from leading universities in Taiwan and abroad. They bring vitality, creativity, and strong potential to teaching, and maintain close relationships with students, serving not only as instructors but also as mentors and friends. The Department features specialized laboratories that provide diverse resources, and has established international collaborations with renowned universities worldwide. These include dual-degree programs, distance learning initiatives, and faculty/student exchange programs, all of which contribute to internationalization and enhance global visibility. Each year, the Department organizes large-scale international academic events, creating opportunities for scholarly exchange with global experts and fostering the development of students’ international perspectives. Based on faculty expertise, the Department has formed research groups aligned with contemporary trends, including Open Data, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Commerce, and Network Security and Management.
